Blair is a Solicitor in the Infrastructure team based in Glasgow.
Working with both NEC and FIDIC suites of standard forms, Blair advises clients from both the Employer and Contractor side and his work focusses on the energy, construction and engineering sectors across the UK.
Blair also has experience of advising on SBCC and JCT forms of contract and has drafted building contracts, appointments, novation agreements, collateral warranties and post-novation collateral warranties for a range of commercial projects,
